It was close to where I needed to go. It was nice, clean, friendly, quiet, and worth the price. I have had similar rooms that I paid over 149 dollars plus.

It was the staff that made this hotel worth staying at. The rooms were way overpriced and wasn't decorated at all. No pictures, nada. The shower had a special feature of jets that I didn't expect. Maybe they spent too much money on the big tv and the shower jets which left no money for decor. But the front desk hostess (she was a fill in for the owners) was friendly and had our cab ready when we requested it. She made our stay. Not sure we will be back but it fufilled our needs for the night.
The square footage was smaller than expected and lack of decor.

All the morning munchies you need are covered here - coffee, cereals, pastries, fruit, and hot waffles! 🥞 The location is prime. Plenty of restaurant choices around, and even a cemetery for those who like some spooky sightseeing.

This is one of those places that teaches you appearances can be deceptive! When we pulled into the parking lot, we were wary. We cautiously asked if we could see the room and the woman at the desk (whom I sensed might have been the owner) graciously gave us a viewing and we were delighted! Be aware, they have only queens, no kings, which is okay with us. The rooms are small but they are very cozy, clean, well appointed, definitely a step above the usual room anywhere close to this price range. We highly recommend this motel and will stay there when we return to visit family!
The location wasn't the best, but not terrible. The room's windows were outfitted with lovely looking shutters. However a little of the exterior night lights crept in and I'm very light sensitive. I suggested black out curtains when we checked out and she (the same woman) received the recommendation graciously!
